As part a member of CDM Smith's Career Reboot Re-Entry Program you will spend 12 weeks working with peers in your career discipline on active projects. You will set goals for your program and present to your team at the end of your program what you have taken away from your experience.
Reboot has three Program Cycles - when you apply please pick the cycle in which you would like to be considered:

As a member of our Scientist discipline, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:
Maintaining liaison with individuals and units within and outside our organization.
Act independently and partner with your team on technical matters pertaining to your specialty field.
Plan, develop, coordinate a number of projects of major scope and complexity.
For Environmental Science or Hydrology:
Hazardous wast field investigations including well installation and groundwater sampling
Treatment system operation and maintenance
Inspections and reporting
Subsurface investigation and remediation
Drilling water wells, deep injection wells, ASR wells, sampling, soils testing, and related field activity
Recording data, describing sampling techniques and report writing
Career Reboot Re-Entry Program: Scientist
**CDM Smith Employment Type:**
To participate in CDM Smith's Reboot program you must be on a current career break of two more years.
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology or other related science field is required.
3 years minimum of post-bachelors experience as a scientist is required.
